If you are a GP, Paediatrician, Psychiatrist or other health or social care professional you can refer directly us. If you would like to discuss your concerns and explore the possibilities within the service, we would be happy to schedule an appointment using the booking page or call us on 0333 3390115

You are able to refer for an assessment to determine any issues or difficulties being experienced by the young person and/or family. This will be written up into a full report within two weeks of the assessment appointment and can be sent direct to you with appropriate consent.
